reDUCE Inflammation - Beat the Heat with Kathy Cass

Summer has arrived…the heat is on! This is the time of year that heat imbalances such as inflammations and irritations are experienced more often.

Chronic inflammation and excessive heat (Pitta) in our system can lead to increased:

  • Joint Pain and Arthritis
  • Digestive Dysfunctions
  • Skin and Eye Irritations
  • Symptoms from Diabetes, Autoimmune Disorders, and Heart Disease

THE GOOD NEWS:
Yoga and Ayurveda can help calm the body’s inflammatory responses to soothe “itis” symptoms/diagnosis and decrease the likelihood of long term problems.

Attend this workshop to learn how to recognize the early stages of Pitta heat imbalance. Discover foods and lifestyle practices (including a yoga practice) that naturally cool your system. Join us for an informative and experiential practice to beat the heat inside and out.

Space is limited to 12 people.

Led by: Kathy Cass, Yoga Therapist + Ayurvedic Specialist
Fee: $40, $30 Pre-register by July 10, 2016
